12月限は寄り付きからまもなく値を下げて89.50で最安値をつけると、米国早朝時間にかけて徐々に値を上げていった。米国での取引が活発化すると値を戻していき、最終的に17ポイント高の91.06/LBで引けた。
推定出来高は12,800枚と、昨年12月以来の低水準となった。
【相場動向要因】
綿花相場は独自要因に欠き、市場参加者も少なく、方向感の見えにくい動きをしていた。
その他の穀物相場は天候要因で大幅に上げて引けている。
テキサスだけでなくメンフィスにも重度の乾燥が続いており、直近30日の降雨量は例年の25％ほどしか観測されていない。灌漑農作地も高温に晒され、厳しい綿作状況が窺える。
今後の値動きは88.71-88.80に開いている窓を埋めに行く弱気要素を持ちつつも、方向感を決定づける何かしらのきっかけを待っている様子。
マクロ材料としては、水曜日に発表される連邦中央銀行によるさらなる利上げの有無や、主要企業の収益報告に注目が集まっている。
本日、米国作柄報告が発表された。
米国全体の着蕾率は80％となった。
米国全体の作柄状況においては、Good/Excellentの比率が先週比4％下方修正され34％となった。テキサス州は先週から4%下方修正され17％となった。
