【相場動向要因】

綿花相場は実需の独自要因に乏しく、ドル高・その他穀物相場の動きに影響を受けた。

中国が米国から大豆を相当量買い付けたことで大豆は一時高騰した。

引き続き未決済建玉の総数は増加しており、史上最多を更新している。

 

ICA（International Cotton Association）の年次会合が開催された。

綿花輸出業者による基調講演や、エコノミストによるトルコ政治経済情勢の見通しに関する講演が行われた。

【相場動向要因】

綿花相場はポジション調整が見られ、投機筋は期近12月限を精算して3月限以降に建玉を移している模様。12月限と3月限は値差を拡大し、過去最高水準を記録している。

また、未決済建玉の総数も史上最多を更新している。

 

本日米国綿花作柄進捗が報告された。米国全体の開絮率は全米で82％、例年並みの進捗率。全国平均を上回る開絮率を記録しているアラバマ州やミシシッピ州では、先週ハリケーン「イサイアス」が降雨をもたらしており、品質への影響が懸念される。

 

テキサス州格付け事務所の調査では、同州の生産量は358万俵にとどまると推定されている。アナリストは直近の米国農務省による報告における生産量予想435万俵との乖離を指摘している。今後の農務省の報告に、最終的な放棄面積やハリケーンの影響がどのように反映されるかに注目が集まる。

【相場動向要因】

綿花相場は独自要因に欠き、米国が連邦祝日であることからも、様子見ムードを呈した。

 

ハリケーン「イサイアス」が米国綿花にもたらした被害については、調査が進められている段階。降水量が最も多かったのはアラバマ州であったが、影響を受けた作付面積が最大だったのはジョージア州。残りの収穫作業のため、高温かつ乾燥した天候が求められる。

また、メキシコ太平洋岸沖に発生している2つの熱帯低気圧が今後どのような進路をたどるかに注目が集まる。

 

期近12月限と先物限月の値差が拡大しており、先高傾向が加速している。

 

 

ICA（International Cotton Association）の年次会合が10月14-15日にイスタンブールで開催される予定であり、綿花関係者が集う。

【相場動向要因】

綿花相場は需給報告が発表された直後、米国やブラジルの生産量の上方修正や、世界の期初・期末在庫の上方修正を受けて弱気と捉えられた。しかし、米国の放棄面積が反映されていない点や、各州のイールド算定値に疑問が残る点から、まもなく強気に転じた。
